The collection ranges from a private beachfront ranch on California’s Padaro Lane and a historic 150-plus-acre estate in New York’s Tuxedo Park to a 15th-century French château, a residence on Colorado’s only private ski mountain, and waterfront estates across Florida, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

The majority of the auctions will culminate live on 29 September at 9 PM EST/30 September at 9 AM HKT from The Upper House in Hong Kong as part of Concierge Auctions’ Hong Kong Global Sale, one of the firm’s marquee international auction events where a curated collection of luxury properties is presented to buyers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. The event builds on the success of Concierge Auctions’ 2025 Hong Kong sale, which achieved a 100% sell-through rate and generated more than $1.25 billion in aggregate bids across its offerings.
